According to Steve Gregory, International Leadership expert, Conscious Leadership is a “style of leadership that involves self-awareness, mindfulness, and a deep sense of purpose” that is “based on the idea that leaders who are conscious and intentional about their actions, decisions, and interactions can create positive outcomes not only for themselves but also for their teams, organizations, and society.”
